Join Christian Clough, Canon for Liturgy & Music, for an introduction to the life and creations of Estonian composer Arvo Pärt, whose choral mass, Berliner Messe, the Cathedral Choir will sing with string orchestra on Sunday, June 7. Learn about Pärt's unique compositional technique, his spiritual inspiration, and the ways in which he plays with time and mood to create music that is unique, beautiful, and spiritually powerful. The presentation will take place in Emmanuel Chapel and will follow the 10AM worship service on Sunday.
